Hi Heather,
I saw in your bio that you have experience with working with those struggling with anorexia. I have a very close friend that I fear may be struggling with anorexia. I have had conversations before with her regarding it, but nothing concrete. Her family has not stepped in either and I feel that someone should. Can you give me some guidance that would be helpful. How do I know someone is anorexic? What do I say to someone who is anorexic, or do I say nothing? How can I encourage the family, if at all, to get involved. Her sister is also a very close friend. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
