Time is the equalizer. Everyone has the same amount of time. One of the keys to leadership is how you manage your time.

Many people, although they time manage their day, really don’t time manage their life.  In order to really manage your time you need to set goals for 1, 3, 5, 10, and 20 years.  Once you do this activity, you work from back to front.

"Start with the End in Mind" - Steven Covey

“Sharing Hope with one million people”; Mike and I exhausted a huge amount of time praying and strategizing.  Our lives receive focus daily now from these captured words.  The statement sounds so impressive and spiritual.  My question recently has been; how do I master this in the real world?

What can a foothold really do?

This summer I am tackling my “when I get the time” “to do” list!  First on my “to do” list, totally clean my house: ceilings, walls, corners, floors and windows.

Satan is real and he has a plan for your life.

We have an enemy who is real.  His plans for your life involve killing your vision, stealing your joy and the destruction of your relationship with God.  We do not need to fear him, but we do need to be wise to his ways.  My Bible tells me there will be trials.  There will be hard times.  So why am I shocked most of the time when trials come?

Fall Retreat has come and gone.  We prepare for months and now it is finished, or is it.  Today I was pondering this fact, the decorations were excellent, the speakers were superb, the food was delicious, and the altar time was phenomenal.  I experienced outstanding girlfriend time.  I laughed, I cried, I talked, I listened.  Fall Retreat was a spiritual high.  Yes

What is your soil like?

Last year my parents helped me create this amazing garden.  We simply dug up grass and planted flowers.  This was how simple it started.  However, every Saturday I noticed tons of weeds and grass in my garden.  I would pull these every week.  I soon noticed the underground root system was intense.

Do you ever think about what you say?

Interesting fact scientists consider the tongue the strongest muscle in the body.  It always excites me when I find facts to confirm scripture.  We use our tongue to communicate the words we speak.  The power of life and death is in the tongue.
