As iron sharpens iron, so one {wo}man sharpens another.

One thing I’ve observed lately is that many of us are clones. Take a few moments to think about who you surround yourself with every day. For us working ladies, think of your co-workers. Or think of your classmates, roommates, or in other words, who are your "besties?" Go ahead, think for a minute.

Why is conflict so present in our daily interactions but difficult for many of us to deal with?

Conflict. That one word often brings up uneasy feelings, bad memories, or even dread. I'll admit, conflict is not something that I am fond of. In fact, i'd rather avoid it most of the time (although my husband and mom might disagree).

Join some ladies for a night of exercise at Lebanon Hills Jensen Lake Trailhead. The three-mile easy hike will leave you energized, refreshed, and connected to other adventureous women.

Meet at the Jensen Lake Trailhead at 6:50 p.m., the hike begins promptly at 7:00 p.m.

Wear tennis shoes and bring bug spray.

Join some ladies from Cedar Valley Church on a one-evening hiking adventure! Lets enjoy the summer weather and get some exercise together!

Meet at 7:00pm at the Jensen Lake Trail Head in the Lebanon Hills Park Reserve in Eagan for a three mile hike around a beautiful lake.  Meet in the parking lot.  We will begin our hike at 7:05pm.
